The physical stress of training full time adds up pretty quick. It takes a lot to manage it and more importantly over come it, so I can recover as quickly as possible and get the very most out of every training session. The faster I recover, the harder I can train the next day. The most crucial ingredient to quick recovery is good nutrition. Having a healthy diet is absolutely key, and then supplementing that with the right nutrition takes it to the next level.
